The workshops will take place in the sporthal De Nayer, which is a part of the University Sports Campus (besides the Ring of Leuven, on the outside). The address is Tervuursevest 101, 3001 Heverlee (Leuven).
If you come by car, you can leave it at the entrance where there is a (not too big) parking. Another option is to park before entering the campus and to park on the Ring or on the parking in front of the football stadium. From the Ring there’s a 500m walk to De Nayer, follow the indications (we’ll help with some special Leuven Salsa Festival marks as it not so easy to find).
The party will take place about 2km away from De Nayer in Sportoase (Jupiler dance hall). The address: Philipssite 6, 3001 Heverlee (Leuven).
The Sportoase lies along the Ring as well, next to Parkpoort. If you come by car you can park on the Kerkhofdreef (the small street leading from the Ring towards Sportoase) or on the Ring itself or else enter the underground parking under Sportoase.
An important note regarding shoes: please do not use shoes that will leave marks or lines!! Same thing for shoes that might cut the dance floor: shoes with sharp (points or heels) parts are not allowed. If you have some doubts about your shoes, the best thing is to bring a second pair and check before starting to dance. The dance floor in Sportoase for instance is an excellent dance floor and it has to remain in this state. People who use shoes leaving marks will be kindly but firmly asked to change shoes or stop dancing. In these extreme cases (which I hope will not take place) we will of course pay back your entrance.
